Until just a few years ago, not too many men would admit to undergoing any kind of cosmetic plastic surgery to either reverse the signs of ageing or to get help in enhancing any of their facial features. In fact except for a few actors and other celebrities who were in the public eye every day, in general men were quite indifferent towards any kind of cosmetic surgery. Women were considered as the main patrons of this industry and several plastic surgeons catered exclusively to women focused plastic surgeries.
